THE NETRI — Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Each piece is dispatched directly from our design house
  • All designs are limited production. We do not mass manufacture, and each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.
  • All payments are securely processed via Razor pay
  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment via our courier partners
  • Regular orders ship within 7–14 working days from the order date
  • Orders placed during sale periods ship within 14–21 working days, Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • Please ensure your email and phone number are accurate at checkout to receive timely updates
  • For deliveries within India, provide an active Indian mobile number as couriers send OTPs for delivery
  • Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel is marked as Return to Origin and returned to us via surface transport, which may take 7–14 days. We can re-ship only once the parcel reaches us again
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with your building security, reception, or neighbours
  • If still undelivered, raise a ticket with us on WhatsApp at +91 85940 00983 within 48 hours. Courier investigations cannot be initiated after this window.
  • Please ensure your contact number, address, and pin code are correct, and that someone is available to receive the parcel once you receive your dispatch email
  • If Return to Origin occurs due to incorrect contact information, re-shipping charges will apply, and the order cannot be cancelled
  • Only share the delivery OTP after confirming safe receipt by you or someone on your behalf within 48 hours. We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner. After 48 hours, tracking cannot be initiated as per logistics partner policy
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any unforeseen delays
  • Our team is always there to help and will do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you safely
